        Come from Llane where I was a part of a friend/family guild. Came here as horde and joined the guild HordCore, prior
        to that tried a few horde guilds here on Ysera, but only briefly. ( Swear all of the horde are children ) I am now a
        member of Nighthaven as of yesterday when my faction change went through.

    4. What is your endgame raiding experience?

        All of BC content on my priest up to M'uru pre-nerf, all Wrath content up to Heroic LK 10 and 25 man, all Cata content
        on reg and 1/8 heroic DS, with the exception of Rags, he honestly hates me.

        I consider myself a "smart healer", what I mean by that is, casting the right heal at the right time to prevent deaths
        conserve mana for when it is really needed, such as heavy raid damage phases. I always make sure to keep JoTP up
        100% of the time and make sure to use things like Divine Plea and Concentration pots when the damage is going to
        be pretty low, such as switching to ooze on Yor'sahj. I do my best to manage my Holy Power and always use WoG
        or my handy flashlight when my Holy Power is capped, making sure never to waste Holy Power. I always try to line up
        CD's for when max heals are needed or when heavy raid damage is going out. I try to avoid being like most pally new
        pally healers I see and "ZOMG SPAM HOLY RADIANCE MOAR!!!"and only use it when it is needed. On the subject of
        what I need to improve, I think my playstyle is solid and in good form, I do however need to replace my 403 pvp ring
        (Raid Finder hasn't been good to me as of late.) and I need to finish my Therazane rep for the exalted shoulder
        enchant.

          Works great for me.

    4. What is your endgame raiding experience? I have cleared everything up to cata at some point in time. At the beginning of cata I raided on my warlock in a guild that got 4/6 HM BWD and 2/5 HM BoT. That guild had fell apart, why are 25 mans so hard to maintain!, quit shortly after that. Did not do any FL content and resubbed for Dragon Soul. Since then I have seen the FL content. I am currently 1/8 HM in DS. Should have Hagara down this week.

Don't skimp on this answer, show me you know what you're talking about, and that you didn't just regurgitate information from ElitistJerks, etc. Well for my endgame role as a rogue it is to bring the dps as hard as I can. Rogues are extremely good this patch. With my current gear I feel that sub does more DPS as well as just all around more challenging and more fun. Once geared properly combat does outshine for the most part on the majority of bosses. As far as my rotation goes I like to get heals before the encounter to get combo points. Once the boss is pulled I open with a 5 point SnD > shadowstep > premed/ambush > 5 point rupture > backstab > backstab > 5 point recup. Then after that it is just a balance of keeping up SnD, rupture, and recup, getting in 5 point evis as well. When it comes to using shadowdance or vanish/ambush macro to get finding weakness up it can be situational depending on the boss. If there is a certain time when you'll get more dps out of it, you might hold off. But for the most part I like to try to keep it rolling as soon as finding weakness falls, use one of my macros to get it back up.

I do enjoy the game! I recently just moved to Colorado from California, quite a weather change, but I'm loving it. Picked up and moved out here on a whim so I am currently unemployed and hating it. I have my degree in Criminal Justice which I completely last march, with aspirations of being PD and eventually federal. Let's see..I own a Jeep, love off-roading and exploring. Have a year and half old Husky named Loki, who can be a terror but for the most part is awesome.

Well realistically comparing my dps who is 1/8 with my gear to people on world of logs that are clearing heroics is not going to turn out well. I do realize that I am not on target with them and it should be expected that I wasn't. I do feel that for my gear level though I do tend to pull good numbers. I was in coercion. I was removed from coercion cause I voiced my opinion on how there was favoritism going on and after we killed heroic Morchok we only made attempts on a new heroic boss for 1 night and then cleared the instance with a few days left... Reference is Betchacant from there.
After coercion I helped out exempt get 8/8 and since then have been looking for a guild

Beer-Basted Crocolisk- 90 strength and beer
Flask of titanic strength-300 str is nice..
Golemblood potion-1200 str for 25 seconds is really nice.. Pop pre pull and during a burn phase

Well, to the start of every single boss fight I pop Pilar of Strength, then Raise dead (which gives my pet a str bonus), then outbreak on the boss which infects him with both of my disease (both diseases up on a target increases obliterates damage), I then obliterate twice because thats the runes that I have available and then frost strike because of the surplus of runic power and the 5 stacks of razorice which increases my frost damage is up and rolling by now.
     I then proceed to burn through my updated runes and pop empowered rune weapon to refresh them all repeating the above process always burning obliterate when rime procs and as well as the free HB.

in a raid environment or on fights at least, omen pops up over the bottom right black bar, quite small and my buffs are listed across the top as so, DBM pops up warning info such as Fading light, under neath my mini-map to the left a bit quite large so I don't miss it. If you really want a raid environment ss I can go do a terrifying LFR.

    2. Why do you want to join SPG?
          I've been looking for a new guild/ server to join that not only had progression kills, but also seemed to be an enjoyable friendly guild. I was also limiting my search through bigger servers, and came across the Ysera server and your guild.

    3. Please list all previous guilds/servers and your reason(s) for leaving each.
          I will refrain from listing any of the friend's guilds and casual guilds I have joined, and instead focus on the raiding guilds. If this is an issue, feel free to let me know and I can go into FULL detail of every guild I have been in.

         Sacred Divinity (Uldaman) - Was a casual raiding guild. I raided with my Gnome Lock (Draini) and Draenei Hunter (Azulei) with them while I leveled up my Druid. Was a great family guild, but due to the casualness of the guild, lacked progress and dedicaiton. Raided Kara, ZA, Gruul's Lair, Mag's Lair, and SSC with them.

         Never Happened (Uldaman) - This was a friends attempt at making a serious hardcore guild. We raided 3 days a week with me mostly raiding with my Hunter. After the great hunter nerf of 2009, I really couldn't stomach playing my hunter after Blizzard took the nerf bat to a class so hard that it hurt. It helped tremendously that I found my passion for healing (vs. dpsing), and actually focused on healing. Unfortunately, my friend preferred my hunter and the dps I could still put out, so my new main was put on back burner. I basically pugged my way into Naxx runs and actually outgeared my hunter. Eventually decided to take my druid to a guild where she would be used. Shortly after leaving (a week to be exact), NH disbanded.
         
          Sufferance (Uldaman) - As I mentioned before, joined Sufferance with my Druid (and eventually the other motley of alts I had). Raided 25 man (and 10 man) Naxx, EoE, Sarth3D in the early stages. We downed everything pre-Ulduar including Sarth3D 25. Had a medical issue come up that kept me out of the game for 8 months. Came back as ICC was released, and finished up clearing most of ICC and all of ToC before guild slowly fell apart after one of our guild backbones left for greener pastures.

          Roll For Blame (Ravencrest) - The Uldaman server was filled with Restoration Druids, and while I had nibbles from some of the top end guilds on the server (Nexus and Edge of Aggression), I decided to follow my best friend (and now girlfriend) to the Ravencrest server and join Roll For Blame. We cleared 9/12 heroic ICC 25, 12/12 BWD/ BoT/ To4W, Heroic Halfus, 7/7 Firelands, and Heroic Shannox. Unfortunately, after getting into heroics in Tier 11 content, we had massive burnout that was unfortunately not handled by guild leaders well. Needless to say we went through 7 GMs in 5 months. We converted over to a 10 man guild and started Firelands about a month and half into patch 4.2. Unfortunately, after burning through Firelands and getting Heroic Domo to 1% hp (less than 900k), we lost our raid leader and one of our three healers to real life issues. Unfortunately due to the times we raided (12 am to 3 am EST) and the fact that Ravencrest has slim pickings for recruitment, raiding halted with many members choosing to raid with other guilds. I gritted my teeth and stuck through it hoping Dragon Soul would be a re-emergence to our guild, but alas we didn't have the members, and our guild leader (and other healer) decided she would rather raid with her friends in the number 1 guild on the server, than sign-up/ show-up to guild raids. Needless to say, after being abandoned by the GM, my sense of loyalty was lost, and I started looking for a new home.

          Ebayed Raiders (Ravencrest) - I've only been with Ebayed Raiders now for 2.5 weeks. We have cleared through 8/8 Dragon Soul (7/8 with me actually helping with the kills). While I love this group of people, we have had 3 raids cancelled and 1 postponed since I have joined. With Ravencrest being such a small server, I decided it was time to server transfer again.

           I have actually never used Mumble. All of my guilds have been Ventrilo based. I would be more than happy to install it and use it (with maybe some minor outside assistance from yourselves) as well as any addon you may require.

          Honestly, I am just a laid back guy finding his way in the world. I'm 25, recently moved from Spokane, WA  to Ontario, Canada (let the eh! and Moose jokes commence). I've grown up with a Dad who is nearly impossible to not have a comeback that is witty/ funny, therefore, I myself am very strong with jokes and one-timers, lol. Other than that, I'm an avid WoW player, love music (can't sing worth crap though), and love being a nerd.

          Wow... um. Honestly, it's been so long since I've had to buy consumeables for use I was drawing a blank there for awhile on what the names were of the ones I did use. If a guild cauldron/ seafood feast is not given, I would use a Flask of the Draconic Mind (300 INT) since that is the best thing for a Resto Druid as it gives SP, INT, Regen, and Crit all in one shot with a Fortune Cookie (90 INT/ 90 STA) for food buff since it's rather inexpensive to make, and I always get some small amount of money back just for eating my food, lol.

          Wow... Just so you know, I have been known to write books when describing my character. If this turns into one of those types of ordeals, know that you have been forewarned, lol.

          My character is usually the go to healer in end game. Typically, when all gear is roughly similar, my druid will be a top 3 healer with me pushing myself and my skill range to be the top healer. I get great satisfaction at keeping people alive. One of my favorite sayings is, "Tanks and DPS fight raid bosses. Healers fight death itself." But, I guess that isn't really relevant. So to answer the question more concisely, I am the raid healer who has a little bit of tank healing going for end game content.

          My current gear is at the 384 ilvl (at time of posting). I have been reforging all of my stats to make a cohesive blend of talents. I strive to stay at 2005 haste or slightly above for the extra ticks for my Wild Growth and Efflorescence. Since mana has not been an issue for me since the middle of Firelands, I have been reforging out of my Spirit and into Mastery for the bonus to cast time heals and HoTs. My spec right now is 10/0/31. I am no longer specced into Furor (First Tier Feral Ability) like some Resto Druids are due to the lack of a need for extra mana. I have instead moved those points to Genesis (Second Tier Balance ability) to get the bonus to my healing. I am currently specced into Nature's Cure to help assist with Magic Dispel's. If this is not something that is needed for me to do, then I will move the point to Nature's Swiftness for the instant cast bigger heal. Right now I also have 2 points in Nature's Bounty for the extra crit for Regrowth. Since I find myself going for my faster healer rather than my slow big heal (Healing Touch), this is very beneficial. It also comes in handy with the bonus to Nourish casts when I have 3 or more Rejuvenations up. This has saved a Lifebloom stack from falling off numerous times. As for Glyphs, the only two glyphs that seem to really be in question right now for Resto Druids are Glyph of Wild Growth and Glyph of Innervate. Glyph of Wild Growth has been proven to be just as effective in a 25 man guild situation. Moving down to a 10 man guild, it is still inconclusive if it's as desireable as I may not always have 6 targets in need of heals compared to the 5 and faster CD without it. The innervate glyph is there because right now I have been sharing it with one of the guild's Holy Pallys. If one of these became undesireable, I would swap it out for Glyph of Healing Touch (especially if I specced into Nature's Swiftness) or Glyph of Thorns (this surprisingly is a nice dps increase for tanks and is extremely viable when I have mana to spare).

         As for my healing style, I love to raid heal though I can tank heal when asked. I usually will pick the MT or if the fight calls for two tanks, the "squishier" tank to keep my rolling Lifebloom 3 stack on. While that is going on, I drop rejuventations on people who are at 75% hp or below, Wild Growth whenever I see a decent size portion of people take dmg, Swiftmend when a target needs a big heal NOW and the people around them could also use the Efflorescence heal. This I usually save for a tank, but I am not afraid to waste an Efflorescence heal if it means a Swiftmend heal will save the person from death. Regrowth when people need a fast hp pick-up, Healing Touch (usually when someone is going to die and I have already popped a regrowth on them and Swiftmend is on cooldown). I use Nourish in times of low dmg or mana conserving phases. And last, but not least, Tranquility when the raid needs lots of healing. I call that my Oh $&!% heal.

          Yes, I can make this schedule every night and definitely favor the earlier raiding than what I am used to!

           Well, like I said before in question 7, I am 25 year old Guy, who just moved from the States to Canada. I am currently a Karaoke DJ for lack of a better title. I basically help run a karaoke gig at local bars in town with my girlfriend's mom's boyfriend (ya, I know its kinda like one of those moms cousins dog twice removed type sentences). I play guitar and World of Warcraft. I do dabble with some console games, but really, my heart is for WoW. I read quite frequently with my favorite book series being The Wheel of Time by Robert Jordan (and Brandon Sandersen). I also have been reading some Mercedes Lackey books namely her Last Herald Mage triology and have now started her Gryphon Triology. Also started reading the King Killer Chronicles. Very good writing indeed. I love watching movies and tv shows and don't care what category it is lumped into. My favorite color is red and my favorite food is Pizza. Favorite thing to drink is Orange Juice. Vodka is my DRINK of choice, especially when formed into a Screwdriver (OJ and Vodka).

        I also have a plethora of other alts, including 3 level 80 toons sitting on Uldaman (Draini Gnome Demon/ Affliction Lock, Azulei Draenei Beast Mastery/ Marksman Hunter, and Astraza Draenei Unholy PVE/ Blood Death Knight).

        As you can see, I play a lot and most of those 85's are at a 373 item level or higher. You can look at it as I have no life (which I don't feel is entirely accurate) or you can look at it as someone who researchs multiple classes and specs to better understand the complexities of the game. I am far from perfect in this game and I will never claim to know it all. There is always room for improvement, and I feel that by playing these other classes, I am giving myself a bit of leverage when it comes to understanding the way a dps/ tanks mind works so that I can anticipate things they may or may not do and be able to heal them properly.

I am looking for a team of players that are dedicated to progression, who go out of their way to help others if needed to insure the guilds progression is moving foward. I put alot of time into this game, and I expect the same from my guild. More importantly however, I'm looking for a new home. I'm a nerd at heart, and I'm not the type of player that logs in for raids and on Monday/Tuesday nights for resets. I'm looking for a full spectrum guild atmosphere.

I have only ever been in two real guilds during the extent of my WoW career. The first, <Citadel> was my first venture into Raiding, and other Endgame points of interest. I was with Citadel on the Thorium Brotherhood server from February of 2007 until May of this past year. I loved <Citadel>, the players, the officers, and the *people*, but after having a RL catastrophe tear me from the game I came back to see them transformed into a casual 10M guild.

The second guild, I came back a couple months ago, and after looking up some old friends and found out about <Natural Order> and this guild has been my home ever since. I had a lot of free time during  my last couple weeks at Tech School(Yes, i'm in the Air Force.) and the following time before and during my first posting here at Lackland. They are a great group of guys. Knowledgeable, friendly, and for the most part awesome players, but there's one simple fact that's very apparent to me: They're full up. And as such, i'm not really in touch with the core players. I don't feel apart of the <Natural Order> family. I don't have a single negative thing to say about these guys, I simply want more out of the game than what I can get here, and that's a sad reality i'm currently trying to overcome.

4. What is your endgame raiding experience?

My endgame raiding experience began in MC. We were the 2nd guild on our server(Thorium Brotherhood) while I was in <Citadel> to get into AQ20, and the 3rd to get into AQ40 where we eventually ground to a halt.

TBC: I attained my Hand of A'dal title back when it was still hard, when only 3-4 guilds had it here on Ysera. In t6, we were top 10 for every kill and 4th alliance guild to get Illidan down.  In Sunwell, Brutallus literally killed our progression and burnt out our raid core.
WotLK: Sarth +3 when it was still hard. Ulduar Hardmodes up to Mimiron. No ToC or ICC heroic kills. I enlisted in the Air Force at this time.
Cataclysm: 4/7 25M HFL's. Dragon Soul: 5/8

5. Are you able to use Mumble to communicate during raids--as well as any other addon we require?

I'll start with a brief breakdown of my stat prioritization:
Int > haste > spirit > crit > mastery. I stack Intellect  because it gives us everything we need as a "Healadin". It aids in throughput and increases our mana pool. Haste increases our throughput because greatly faster heals are better than critting. What good is a 100% crit divine light if the tank dies because you take a year to land a heal. Sprit is important because we need passive regen outside of your active regen mechanics and with the changes to seal of insight spirit is very crucial. Crit is more useful because it was buffed and heals for 100% up from the 50%. Paladin Mastery makes me cry.

My playstyle, in my opion, is very unorthodox. The changes to Holy Radiance is what I am really enjoying playing around with right now. The new mobility, the removal of its cooldown, and it being tied with mastery is a fun new tool to have. So I do tend to use that a tad bit more than I probably should.
With every new encounter, I constantly adjust my Beacon to the unique fight scenarios I face, changing the target as needed during the encounters.
I try to use Holy Shock whenever I have a free GCD, not only for my t12 2 piece bonus(Chance to return mana), but because of the the talented higher crit chance.
Whenever Infusion of Light procs I make a judgement, depending on what is going on at that exact moment in the encounter on which procced spell to use: I rarely use Holy Light from the IoL proc. Diving Light, if the tank or another player i'm assigned to heal(or often enough even if i'm not) is in danger of dying. Flash of light, depending on the mana intensity the fight puts on me, sometimes getting in a instant 35-55k can be the difference between a dead tank, and not. Holy Radiance, I use this when IoL procs almost always during AoE damage situations,  it also heals a small portion of the inital targets health(usually 18-25k).
I'm a hand guy. Seriously, I try to utilize my Hand spells to the best of my ability, obviously Freedom on movement empaired targets, BoP on those silly melee that rip aggro, Sac with bubble if and when I bubble.
I also try to do those little things that I believe make the difference. I pop my LoH on the first target I see drop below 50% if the encounter is going well, AND i'm below 50% mana with either DP on CD, or the encounter still has a few minutes left to go.
Another thing I think a lot of Holy Pallys neglect to do, often times due to tunnel vision, I manage my Holy Power very well. I never misclick and use Word of Glory, or Light of dawn with less than the 3 stacks of Holy Power.
Finally I try to manage my healing CDs as best as possible. For example, if hero is going to be popped when the boss is at 30%(say 5 minutes into the fight) I'll make sure to use Divine Favor(3 min CD), no more than two minutes into the fight. Not only to make sure that it's off of CD for Hero, but to make sure I have effective use and uptime of the spell during a key point of the fight.

Yes I can, my current Schedule has me on 6 days a week 7:30AM to 5:30PM Central with Sundays off. I should be able to maintain 90% + raid attendance.

I'd like to try an address any potention concerns you may have. I'd like to start with my gear, it's not that great. In fact, i'm sure it's not ready for DS Heroic Mode encounters. But i'm not saved for this weeks lockout, and there's only one way to fix a gear issue, which i'm currently in the process of working on. I've farmed up 20k gold so far since the patch hit, and will be in the process of getting the best gear I can buy.

I firmly believe myself to be a good healer, I perform to the best of my ability, and I can't remember the last time I've been late for or missed a raid, and i'm not the type to get gear & skip out. I wouldn't have apped if I didn't think you guys could be a good fit for me. In fact you are the only guild I will be apping to, and if rejected I intend to switch mains. Last tier it was Mastery/Magic Resist pots because they where more optimal than using stam flask, as well as Stam, Mastery food, I have Armor,health pots as well, also a train set destroyer.

Rogue Dps pots obviously, and agi flask along with food and a train set.

My precieved roll is tigers blood with a bit of winning added into that, but to be more serious. I gear to be as optimal as possible. Lets use last raid teir as an example since well lets face it only a week into this teir. Last tear my focus was achieving CTC cap, which I have now got. I traded up glyphs a few times in heroic mode FL, such as using the magic resist Divine Protection to help minimize damage from bal's Flame Blade attack. I also changed my shield from single target damage to multiple with slow effect on Ryo to help slow oozes.  I also carried around a lot of trinkets and switched them out such as Dodge trinket for Bal or TB trinket for various fights in FL to help with certain damages.

Threat rotation typically I open with Wings>Shield>Hammer>Divine Plea for 3 Holy Points>Shield>Crusader>Consecration>Holy wrath> Fall into normal
Shield>Crusader>Shield Throw>Hammer>consecration rotation.

Depending on threat sometimes I will open with a hard cast excorisim but I found that its not really needed.

Now that the general rotation is said, it can change if I am getting hit hard and healers are having issues than I will word, I used to holy radiance as well but i am not sure that is worth doing anymore. Judgementing is very important for two reason to apply Seals and due to judgement of the just which decreases incoming damage from who is struck with it by 20% for twenty seconds.

Shield also interupts though it does have an annoying chance to miss.

Rebuke is something I use every chance i get out of habbit, no chance to miss interupt you say? awesome.

Holy Shield Typically I use it off CD on boss fights.

Divine Protection Depending on mechanics I normally save this.

Ardent Defender I never blow it unless I feel sure I am not going to die. If I am about to die than generally I use this.

Bubble - Clearing stacks, best tank ability in game IMO.

HoP - Saving healers lives since the 60's.

and as for how I try to improve my character I read latest theroy stuff I find, and try different things to see if they help in new fights. Such as if i can bubble stacks, or if I can use a mechanic to my advantage like HoP to help others.

Tanking - Flask of the Winds or Flask of Steelskin it depends if I need more mitigation or HP. I've been using Steelskin for the HP boost because I don't have a trinket to give me the extra Stam.

And I have i have potions of tol'vir for extra dps for cat and extra dps/dodge in bear.

I reforge into dodge, hit goes first then crit then mastery. For gems reds get +40 agility, blues get 20 agi 30 stam, yellows get 20 agi 20 dodge. and i get the stam +%2 armor for my meta gem. As for enchants I go for Agi or armor.
Glyphs: Lacerate, Mangle, and Berserk for increased damage.
Single Target:
I start out in human form and cast thorns for the little bit of damage and threat it gives. Then i go into bear form and gain 10 rage instantly and cast berserk for an addition 30. I then cast faire fire for the damage/threat/lower targets armor and feral charge in for the extra 15% melee haste and cast and keep Demoralizing Roar up. I cast barkskin initially if i know the boss will be hitting me hard right away, if not I save it for when I know I'll need the DR. The first thing i put up and always keep up afterward is mangle (using it whenever it is off cooldown or i have a proc for free mangle). I then start stacking Lacerate to 3 then use Pulverize for the increased crit chance. From here I keep mangle on the target and never let my Pulverize buff drop and interweave Mauls and Thrash.
Multi Targets:
Swipe, Thrash, Maul <- spam all of them. and in mauls/lacerate as I can.

Cat:
SWIPE ALL THE THINGS!

but really...
Gear:
So there are 2 ideas on cats, get hit/exp capped or don't. I have been going the lazy route and not getting capped and have had great success. In the runs I've been in I'm always at the top of the damage done charts (and i think dps charts too). One of these days when I have time I'll see about reforging and regemming everything. So Agility is my primary stat, so  all of my gems are +40 agi delicate infernos. And I've been reforging everything into haste.
Single or 2-3 targets:
If its a boss fight and I start next to the tanks I'll give the main tank Thorns for kicks. I then go cat form and use feral charge into the free Ravage. I then get a 5pt Rip up then make sure Rake and mangle are up (they are usually up when my first rip goes up, if not i get those up in the next 5 pts). After my first Rip goes up i use tiger's fury and get another 5pts up and use savage roar. Now it is a delicate balance between keeping all my dots up, savage roar up, and using ferocious bite whenever i have the spare 5pts. I can usually get 1-2 bites in between rips and savage roars.
When i'm going up against 2-3 I just try to keep rip on all of them, or swipe if i'm feeling lazy.
Multi Targets:
Tiger's Fury and swipe. Berserk if I want to show off big numbers. I save barksin and/or SI for cases where i pull aggro. I always try and stand behind the mobs back.

I really have no idea what the top end tps or dps is for feral druids. With the vengeance buff threat has not been an issue for me for a while. I think Ell pulled some aggro off me the one time I raided with you guys, but I got it back fairly quickly. As for dps I usually top the charts in the pug FL runs I go in. I have not been looking at numbers, I just make sure i have one of or the highest damage done. That was with my crappy weapon I can get you numbers if you really want them (or let me raid with you can you can just look at logs).

On a side note I plan on ditching skinning this weekend to level up alchemy, I was going to wait till I finished leveling my mage, but I might just get it over with now.

My role simply put is to be a sharp cookie cutter - using my glyphs and talents to maximize my poisons and energy regen, while minimizing cooldowns and response time.  My rotation is - 5pt SnD, 5pt Rupt, 5pt Env - back and forth between Rupt and Env to keep both up.  5pt Recuperate if/when necessary.  Instant poison MH, deadly poison OH.

I'm looking into a server transfer and wanted to find a guild with progression similar to mine (I don't want to be carried by a guild already 6/7...would prefer to learn fights with my guild).  I was first attracted to the server because it has a good alliance population. I then checked out wowprogress for guilds that fit my raid times and that seemed to need a feral tank.

Most recently I was in indecisive on Kel'Thuzad.  My real life friend and roommate had a conflict with our gm and ended up leaving.  The GM assumed I would leave also and kicked me.  Pretty dramatic for my tastes, but I resolved to not share guilds with real life friends anymore. haha.

    4. What is your endgame raiding experience?

I am currently 4/7 heroic experience in Firelands. I have main-tanked all fights at this point and have also dps'd on Heroic Rhyolith, regular staghelm, and regular baelroc

    5. Are you able to use Ventrilo to communicate during raids--as well as any other addon we require?  yes, I'm pretty vocal with calling out tank swaps with necessary and when I'm using different cooldowns.

I like to joke around about whatever people seem to be talking about.  I don't get to play often outside of raid times and weekends because I'm in law school, but when I am on I like to relax and enjoy the game.

fathom eel for agility/stam and flask of the winds for agility.   Agility is king for druid tanks since it results in dodge, attack power, crit (the latter two contribute to my mastery). If I feel like it, I'll even pop tolvir pots, but only when there's predictable big melee hits incoming or while in a burn phase.

I'm reforged for dodge on everything and I have my shoulder enchant and ring enchants for agility. Some people will look at that and say that as a tank I need to stack more stam, but I've never had a problem with my health pool being large enough to soak hits. What I enjoy more is when I dodge 43% of attacks have 7% of attacks miss and end up taking only 38-42% of hits after absorbs.  My damage taken is regularly the lowest of the other tanks I have raided with on fights where we should be expected to take similar damage (like ragnaros).  The agility also helps with keeping my dps around 14-16k while tanking and is even better on Alyzrazors adds which can cause mayhem if not downed before needing to get behind the boulder on heroic or before the twisters.

My opening rotation while tanking is to cast barkskin on myself while in caster form, then going bear form and popping my ancient petrified seed (for some early dodge, threat, and mastery proccs) and my enrage (for the the rage and extra starting threat).  I then hit with a faerie fire to start the pull, immediately followed by a mangle, thrash, and then lacerate spam with mauls injected when rage permits. I hit mangle on every cooldown and apply demoralizing roar when needed. I pulverize every time I get up to 3 stacks of lacerate to keep my crit up for proccing my mastery.

Moonkin has a ridiculously cookie cutter rotation. From a fresh eclipse bar, I'll hit with wrath or starfire to get it going whatever direction I want, then apply my dots (moonfire/sunfire and insect swarm) followed by wrath/starfire spam to get my eclipse with starsurge used on cooldown or when the instant starsurge proccs. If i hit a lunar eclipse I'll use starfall.  I also will try to get to or keep a solar eclipse when entering an aoe heavy phase for the extra damage on my shrooms and typhoon.

Don't currently have one. Will try to get one next time i'm in a raid (which should be tonight trying to pug rag so I can hit exalted with hyjal ..145 flippin' rep away).  My ui is a relatively stock version of elvui though with recount and omen windows.

TPS is a joke these days, so I don't know if you want me to post that.  I never lose aggro, but occasionally have to stop all but white attacks on tank swaps just to be sure I don't pull it back. I can regularly pull 19-23k dps on my boomkin offspecc which isn't very high for 4/7 heroic, but that's just with gear I've gotten in offspecc roles since my main specc is a tank.

2. Why do you want to join SPG?
Of all the guilds I've seen interested (or that had at least replied to my LFG topic), you guys seem to fit my tastes best. Raiding times withing my preferences, 10 man and best yet, I wouldn't have to transfer! Plus, it seems as if you guys have a great sense of humor!

3. Please list all previous guilds/servers and your reason(s) for leaving each.
I'm going to start with WotLK because I didn't really start serious raiding till then nor did I play my Mage in BC. If you need, I can re-post the BC guild...

In WotLK I was with a guild on Anetheron-Horde called <Profanity>. They were great friends, but mediocre raiders. For a long time, friendship kept me from leaving. But eventually, the guild started to fall apart, especially after Kingslayer: the GM stopped attending his own raids, rampant attendance issues, people got on less... but worst of all, me and around two other players who consistently made raids were pretty much carrying a group of ten people who were... bad. With the friendship quickly draining out and good raiding long dead, I left for greener pastures.

I moved to Ysera to join a guild that fit the bill for what I was looking for, <Southern Gentlemen>. They were literally nobodies on the server as they had just transferred/rerolled for reasons not so different from mine. I took the risk and was rewarded. We were doing good, 2/7 (maybe 3/7, can't remember) in our first week of Firelands raiding - which started a week after the patch. This is where this guild splinters apart... attendance. Our GM had to stop raiding due to Real Life <Destroyer of Guilds>. Other core members stopped logging on. Eventually, it was posted that raiding would be suspended indefinitely. As much as I don't want to, I now face that I have to find a new raiding guild that fits my picky tastes or become an entirely casual player, farming BGs all day in my Honor PvP gear on my Mage, Rogue and Priest. That wouldn't be fun.

4. What is your endgame raiding experience?
For current content, I'm 5/7 and experienced with most if not all mechanics that require or allow a DPS to focus on an element of a fight. (E.X., Rageface/Riplimb, Beth'tilac and her Drones/calling out Spiderlings, Rhyolith and his feet, Baleroc and his shards etc.) That goes for T12 and T11 - I was always the first volunteer for the more interesting and fun mechanics so I usually got them assigned to me. (Atramedes and his bells, dispelling off of Maloriak etc.)

Flask of the Draconic Mind, Volcanic Potion and Sagefish Heads because, simply put, Intellect is the BEST Mage stat, especially for Arcane where it's over-inflated due to how it interacts with Mastery.

Well, I'm going to use Arcane here because I'm going to go ahead and assume Fire is out of the question! (Oh Blizzard, why won't you remove my yo-yo DPS issues...)

For Arcane, the whole "one button Mage" myth is false. It's still incredibly boring however, but who doesn't enjoy inflating their recount bar to absurd amounts? Start with Arcane Blast until ideally 80% Mana (I don't use any Mana bar addons or assiting addons for this point, I didn't even discover them until I had already gotten the whole rotation under my hat.) after which you pop every single cooldown you have except Volcanic Potion if you're saving that for a specific moment of the fight. (Rather save it for mass CD popping during Magmaw's vulnerability phase instead of at the beginning, for example.) Mana Gem should pop you back up to around 100%, allowing you to fully benefit from the Mastery for AB spam phases. Spam more AB. Pop Flame Orb. Spam moar AB! At 30%, Evocate and pray to Greg Street that you don't get targeted by anything to interrupt or chip time off Evo. After that, watch your Mana bar and use 1-4 ABs before using Missiles in order to keep yourself above 80% Mana. Once Mana Gem is off CD, Arcane Power and trinkets should be as well. Wash, rinse, ???, profit.

Glyphing is pretty straight forward. "Hey, Mana dictates my damage as per Mastery! I should take a glyph that increases my Mana gain!" "Hey, Arcane Blast and Missiles are my two highest damage abilities! I should take those glyphs!"
Prime Glyphing is pretty darn straight forward. Major Glyphing is where it gets interesting.

Poly because, let's face it, you can't always idiot-proof that one pugger and even if there are no puggers, accidents happen. Evocate because, hey, if I can't move for five seconds and am completely vulnerable, I may as well heal while I'm at it! It's actually fairly nice for Baleroc too. Arcane Power because it allows you to keep going after a Blink during my most important phase, the burn phase. The Mirror Image aspect is very nice too as it lets you mash every CD you have into one button.

Minor Glyphing is, you guessed it, minor! But in case you look at my Minor Glyphs and say, "Hey Meik, y u no Mirror Image Glyph?", then here's your answer - it sucks for Arcane. It sucks for PvP. Your Images go oom and do less damage because the AB debuff they get doesn't seem to work properly for the damage aspect. And for PvP, they no longer slow.

Talents are basic cookie cutter spec which leaves you with a few extra talents. A lot of Arcane Mages take Master of Elements from Fire... I say, nay! It only affects the base Mana cost of AB, so when that 4-stack crits and costs you 10k Mana, you only get back 150-200 Mana, less with Shard of Woe. Yech. So I figured, "Let's take more mobility because, let's face it, my spec's mobility is bad. BAD."

Not at all. I can even stay 1-2 hours after 12, but I would rather be done at 12.

I'm male, 18 (Turning 19 in a month) and currently in college. I'm majoring in, well, General Education, because I have no idea what I really want to do yet. I do not have a job or my own place, at their insistance, my parents allow me live with while in college as long as I do whatever oddjob they want me to do ("Hey Zac, mow the neighbors lawn!") because, as they put it, "Parents are expected to contribute much to their children's education, and since we have little money...". You get the picture.

Profession? I'm going to assume you mean in WoW. Otherwise, you're trying to confuse me and are incredibly cruel. I'm a Tailor/Enchanter/Fisher/First Aid(er?)/Cook. I have alts who are in the WotLK-era of JC/Mining and a Cataclysm LW/Skinner.

Yes, I know what you're thinking. "Meik, you use no custon UI addons!". I just... Never really had an issue with the default UI. And every time I try out a custom one, I find it not worth the effort to get it to fit my picky tastes. If I HAD to use one, though, I would SO use LUI.

It's a bit dated, but that's my basic keybinds set up. I used to have ASD keybound too and move exclusively with the mouse. I never liked Hunter a whole lot and didn't plan to ever go Fire... Why would I need to strafe when I can just jump, spin, cast instant spell and then land back in the same direction?

Then I found out I actually did like Fire. A lot. So much so that I completely rearranged my keybinds and bar layout so I would be able to strafe and move forward with the keyboard.

Err... I have no idea what other people are pulling. Most of the other top end Mages I've met are jerks so I don't associate with them and most of them on Anetheron where crap. The only real note I can think of would make me pretty bad, as a Gnome Mage once told me in T11 content that he had crit for a 201k AB in BWL where my highest had been 120k. I'm pretty sure he was (pardon my language) bullshitting me, because now in a lot of T12 gear, I still don't crit that high, not even on the gimmick chromatic hounds pull in BWL. I do, however, utterly destroy them in a matter of seconds.

Arcane soars on a "Patchwerk" fight, which means a fight that requires no movement and target changing. Baleroc and Shannox are the closes examples of this. On Beth, I was assigned to Drone killing and calling out Spiderlings and switching to what ever else for the 10 or so seconds we had before a new drone arrived after the previous one died. On Shannox, I was assigned to Rageface and had to switch off to Riplimb if he didn't go down as fast as Rage. Then there's Rhyolith... I utterly despise this boss. More than once, I was assigned to coordinate the feet effort, but thankfully I was assigned to adds this phase. Baleroc, I was on a shard. This was when we were starting out and still in mostly T11, as I went Fire to see if I could get it work until recently when I went back Arcane. (Which, of course, is when raiding stops...) I could show you the Fire logs but then I'd have to kill you. Why? They're that bad.

I would assume that most Mages at my gear level are around 20-22k DPS solid on low movement fights, and 19k DPS or around that for the more movement-oriented fights. Which, I'm pretty sure, I would be around if I started to raid again. You may think, "Wow Meik, that's a pretty elitist/snobbish attitude!". But I know I'm doing the right thing: I know rotation, have macros, keybinds, subtle nuances of fights (You can racial out of Majordomo's stun when he spreads seeds and then IB/Shield to completely avoid the entire mechanic.)... I know I'm good.

I know that everyone will say that of course, so if you like what you see in that log but still are unsure, invite me to a BH run next time you do one and need a DPS. Whatever you need.

     Not only is my hunter a good dps which is crucial to downing almost any boss, but also brings a variety of raid buffs to   
     compensate for the lack of specific classes/specs, in addition to bringing 10% AP. I have chosen the glyphs I have to 
     maximize both dps and survivability because surviving means dpsing. I have selected this talent point makeup after
     speaking with many hunters and doing forum sifting and dummy experimenting and found it to be best. I use WOW reforge
     when reforging my gear, it helps me get the maximum amount of my best stats while keeping me hit capped. My rotation   
     generally starts by prepotting, chimera shot/rapid fire then readiness/ chimera shot to get a good burst and to start my cd's
     ticking, then steady shotting until I have enough focus for serpent sting, then steadying to gain focus using chimera shot
     when it is off cd and aimed shotting when the boss is above 90% health or when there is significant haste ( rapid fire/hero)
     as soon as rapid fire wears off I reuse it, once the boss is below 90% and i have normal haste i steady using chimera shot
     when its up and focus dump using arcane shot, when within kill shot range I use kill shot on cd and throughout the whole
     fight when aimed shot procs I use it asap. Chimera shot is instant cast and second hardest hitting skill I have, Aimed is a
     slow cast but hits a little harder than chimera but has a long cast hence using it during high haste points, also it has a 60%
     increased crit chance when above 90% which is why I use it during those two times ( except the proc ). Steady shot grants
     me focus which is necessary in order for me to use stronger shots such as chimera, aimed, and arcane. Generally I only
     have to use serpent sting once during a whole fight because chimera shot will refresh the duration so serpent sting does free
     damage throughout the entire fight.

     I don't have a WoL or WWS to link I'm afraid, and I'm not sure what the top end dps is all I know is what my dps is,
     on fights like Shannox I'm usually around 20k, Beth is mostly AoE for me so 25k-ish, Baleroc anywhere from 24-28k.

7. What, if any, entertainment value do you offer? I don’t really understand this question are u asking if I am immature…. I can be, but in raids I am solid and focused on the task at hand.

Well to start off my purpose for my character is mainly me stacking as much mastery and haste as I can so that on bosses when I need to switch to an add im assured that my dps will either go up or stay the same. My perception on my character endgame is that druids are a versatile class they can be dps ranged dps melee they can tank they can heal so on and so forth that being said as a feral dps bleeds are my best friend because they hit harder with mastery and hit faster with haste and I hit much harder with shred, when I start a fight, I start with rake, mangle, tigers fury, ravage ( from charge) then 5 combo rip, then berserk 2 combos for savage roar, 5 for a bite if rip is at 10 seconds or more then repeat the process

10. Our raiding schedule is 9:00pm-12:00am EDT (server time, basically), Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday.  Do you have any conflicts with this schedule (i.e., can you be there every night)? Yes

I am 16, I am a male, my professions are alchemy(flasks are gud) and jc (in process of maxing) I am a junior in high school and I excel in a majority of my classes I am very smart and I love to play video games and chill with friends.. but on that case I have adhd, but for some odd reason the adhd helps me play even better.

13. If you are applying as a dps or a tank, what is the top-end dps/tps for your class and spec on a (non-gimmick) movement-heavy encounter? Low-movement encounter? How far away from this number are you, and why? Post a WoL/WWS/etc link if available.  Top end dps for my character is 20k-24k on a movement heavy encounter I can probably pull like 15k-18. I unfortunately have no parse on WoL.

I love to raid, I hope that this application isn’t the end I want progression and I thought that id apply for SPG because they are leet and I love to kill bosses and I love to make new friends so please follow up asap thank and have a nice night!!

Past guilds and reason for leaving:

Well lets see I started off with Core on horde side because a lot of my buddies played there and I was very new to the game.. This was like a month before Wrath came out... My first night at 70 I went into BT and was taking 5 on the meters pretty consecutively it was also our first night downing Illidan and From there I Was Hooked.... When Wrath hit I was determined to be the best shaman on the server or at least give every shaman a run for there money.... I was to 80 in 3 days and was pretty quick to gear through heroics. Right around the time ulduar came out Core became complacent and was not pushing progression anymore... So i started to look else where..... Thats when I left Core.

From Core I pushed onward to Agony and raided with them all through ulduar.... After our first night downing yogg I got some very unfortunate news... I was getting deployed. I said my good byes to Agony and hung my boots up for a while. About 6 months ago I got back from said deployment. I logged on to find that Agony was no more and later came to know that most members transferred to Mal Ganis to join juggernaut...I apped there and due to an overwhelming amount of Shamans in the guild already I was denied. Then I was looking at Horde Side guilds on Ysera and found that the horde side had lost a competitive edge and decided to faction change.

Well I reached 70 on October 2 2008 and I went to BT that night I saw all of BT with the first guild kill of Illidan Stormrage....
When Wrath hit I raided all of nax and all of Ulduar with a few Ulduar hardmodes before I hit my deployment.

As For Cataclysm raids I am 12/12 with 11/12 pre nerf with nothing more then just pug runs. I wanted very much to do hard modes at least some of the easier ones... But unfortunately with a pug group it was rather hard to at least on horde side....

In your opinion, what has been the toughest achievement for you?
The toughest achievement for me hmmmm one of the toughest achievements I got was 3 drake sarth 10 man before nerf and before I was 85... I spent countless hours wiping on that stupid dragon. Also Yogg Saron was a bitch and a half but I like challenging achievements like that. I like downing content Ive never seen..Do I love loot Sure who doesnt but I am all about boss kills and progression...

What are your professions and why?
I am Enchanting and Jewel Crafting.... Reasons are the same increase to Intellect with the Gems and Ring Enchants.

Do you use an authenticator?
I do not current have had no reason

Tell us a little about your class playstyle: Well shamans have a very versatile playing style. People that play shamans complain we do not have enough aoe abilities when really we have some decent ones. Shamans have alot of tricks up there sleeves. Elemental Mastery, Heroism/Bloodlust, Fire Nova, 5 sec interrupt which is beautiful! The current spec I have is one of three I spec into. I also have another where I spec out of EarthQuake and totemic reach to put points into Elemental Warding for 12% reduced magic damamge. This is a huge help to the healers during hard mode progression. The other spec I run is without earthquake or reverberation if I know I wont be interrupting while still being specced into totemic reach and Speccing into Elemental Warding.

Not Really sure what you want here but if you want a rotation its pretty simple Flame Shock Lavaburst, Lightning Bolt Fillers to 7-9 stacks of Lightning Shield then After a Lavaburst EARTHSHOCK , EM used as much as possible the only time I will use Unleash Elements is because of movement intensive fights and the new prime Glyph of Unleashed Lightning I havent really got a chance to try on a movement intensive fight.. I know what EJ likes to say about it but I like to test those theorys out. I am a huge user of SimulationCraft. Thing does wonders I also use mrrobot.com and Max Dps.com

So I am 22 years old currently enlisted in the United States Air Force. I enjoy playing Soccer and listening to Techno. I love mountain Dew and anything Mountain Dew related. I love sunflower seeds and sometimes they are the only way I stay awake at work after a long night of raiding. I current have a girlfriend and she is the love of my life pretty positive on that one. She keeps me sane even though we are going through the long distance thing YAY FOR MILITARY MOVING ME. I get the following words pounded into my head every day from my work "The degree of accuracy by which one's perception of his current environment mirrors reality" I don't know how many of you know what that is... It is the definition used by the military for situational Awareness of which I HAVE HUGE AMOUNTS....

I have looked thought your website and I really liked your humor. Seems like you guys are serious since your progression is good. I also have a friend in your guild (Gosheven) and he told me SPG was a really good guild if you wanted real progression and powerful guildies.

I have not been in a lot of guilds. I have been only in French Connection where I raided for 3 months after my transfer. I left this guild because we stopped raiding and I didn't see any reason why I should have stayed in this guild.

I have not entered Firelands yet, sadly. But I have done BoT, TotFW and BWD (except Nefarian). Like my armory says, I have killed Magmaw 12 times, Omnotron 13 times, Maloriak 11 times, Atramedes 9 times, Chimaeron 8 times, Halfus 11 times, Valiona 11 times, Council 9 times, Cho'gall 8 times, Conclave 11 times and Al'Akir 1 time (ehhh? yeahh didn't like it).

It depends on how I feel. Sometimes I try to be funny but it doesn't work at all... Sometimes I make real jokes (but rarely). Although, I love to hear jokes and I like a raid ambiance with fun and entertainment.

I use Flasks of the Draconic Mind (+300 intell), Severed Sagefish Head (+90 stam, +90 intell) and Volcanic Potions (+1200 intell)

I have heard it and I noticed it : Arcane mages are doing powerful burst for beginning of fights. For the middle and end of fights, it's all about mana conservation. All I see in each fights is that even if I reach 40k dps on a fight, I will always go back to 20k or 15k in no time. Keeping my mana up is a way of having a constant dps since mastery increases damage based on the amount of mana you have. My rotation is AB, AB, AB, AB, AB, AB, AB, AB, AB, AB, AB, AB, AB, AB, AB, AB... ehh i don't know how many Arcane Blasts I have to cast but when I get to about 30% mana, i start with the old rotation : AB x4, AM, Arcane barrage. When I am low mana, I use Evocation and start again.

For the glyphs, I got the glyph of Arcane Blast that gives a 3% more dmg to this spell, which is good because this is the Arcane mages main spell... I also have glyph of Mage armor that i think is useful because since Arcane Blast cast time has been reduced, I waste a lot of mana and this glyph has also been used before that change. Finally, as my last prime glyph, I have glyph of Arcane Missiles which increases crit chance of that spell. I think this glyph is useful because this is the 2nd spell I use as an offense ability. For major glyphs, I have glyph of mana shield, that is great when you have the talent named Incanter's Absorption which increases damage by 20% for 10 seconds when your mana shield is fully absorbed. I have the glyph of Evocation, that also regenerates 40% of my health. This glyph is useful in some situations like if I need health and that I have used my healthstones already. But again, this is situationnal. I have this Arcane power glyph that I never found any use haha! I am not talking about my minor glyphes..... because I think i do not have to explain myself about the choice of those glyphes.

I mostly wear gear that has crit and mastery on it because haste is useless since I waste my mana because the cast time of Arcane Blast is fast and that it is always better to crit and mastery because mages mastery is useful.

I can be there every night. I have no problem with this schedule.

I am a 17 years old girl. I am done with High school and in a year, I am going to college to study Biomedicals. I don't have any job for now but I am looking for one. Ohh yeah... I am a French Canadian (woohoooo another one!!! haha)

On a heavy movement encounter, I can do 15k dps. I know some people that can do 30k on fights like Atramedes.
For a low movement encounter, I can do 20k when some are doing 30k.
I do not have a link for this, those are just info that I heard of.
