I recently transferred from the realm rexxar, I had been there for almost 3 years. The guild I was in was called The Exiled and they were a great group of people, but due to changes in my school schedule, I was unable to raid with them anymore.
4. What is your endgame raiding experience?
I started playing WoW at the beginning of TBC, I cleared all of TBC raid content, with the exception of Sunwell.
In Wotlk I have cleared all of Naxx, OS 3D (pre 3.1), Ulduar with the exception of algalon, ToC, 4/5 ToGC, 12/12 ICC 9/12 HMs. Some of these kills have been on my warrior.
5. Are you able to use Ventrilo to communicate during raids--as well as any other addon we require?
Yes, if I am missing an addon you would like me to have I would be more than happy to download it.

I like to think of myself as a pretty funny guy. In vent im usually joking around and having a good time, but when it's raid time I get serious. If I was accepted into SPG I could promise you lots of laughs and a good time!

I use flask of endless rage, the 180 AP it provides is very helpful, I also try to use a Dragonfin Fillet when I can get my hands on one, as it provides more Attack Power than a standard Fish Feast.

A Retribution Paladins role in a raid environment is to be a strong, sustained DPS. I have both the 2-piece and 4-piece tier 10 set bonuses, they are both a significant DPS increase. The glyphs I use are GLyph of Vengeance, because I am not quite expertise capped without it, Glyph of Judgement beacuse  it is hands down the most useful glyph for a Ret paladin, In my opinion, due to judgement being out hardest hitter. My final major glyph is glyph of exorcism, I am constantly switching between glyph of exorcism and glyph of consecrate to see which is the bigger dps increase. They seem to be pretty equal, with glyph of exorcism pulling ahead in some fights. My rotation is as folows: Judge>DS>CS>HoW>Cons>Exo>Holy Wrath, The reason for this is that judgement is by far our most powerful spell, and it also returns mana on use, so you cant go wrong using it. DS is second because of the 2-piece tier 10 bonus. CS is next because of its short CD and moderate damage.
10. Our raiding schedule is 8:15pm-12:00am EDT (server time, basically), Wednesday, Sunday, and Monday.  Do you have any conflicts with this schedule (i.e., can you be there every night)?
Yes, I am able to make every single raid time, every night.

How far away from this number are you, and why? Post a WoL/WWS/etc link if available. My top dps on a movement-heavy encounter is around 8k in ICC (Lady Deathwhisper, Putricide.) A ret paladin in full BiS gear would be around 10k. On a Low-movement encounter my dps is close to 12K in ICC, A ret is full BiS would be around 17k in ICC, 13k outside of ICC. I am very sorry but the only parses I had were linked to my old guild, and I do not have access to them anymore.

I'm posting this application as per Kanade's instructions.  I originally had a recruitment post here and am following up to Kanade's suggestion that I apply. I've spoken to him/her a few times over the past few days and despite my mentioning that Sundays will be nearly impossible for me, he told me to go ahead and post as there should be someone able to cover me for that day. 

If not, by all means let me know.  We both know up front that despite this not being a perfect fit schedule-wise, we're giving each other some courtesy as we are on the same realm.  That said:

2. Why do you want to join SPG?
I'll be honest and say there isn't one particular reason. Despite running with members of your guilds many times over the months, whether it be a ToC PUG or happening upon someone in a dungeon, your crew has always floated to the top in terms of whatever role they were filling. Although I haven't grouped much with them on my DK (mostly on my hunter Razblade or my paladin Clerik), I've always been more confident the more SPG members there were in the run. SPG is a name I've always associated with guilds like Midwinter, where when you see them, you tend to try a bit harder hoping they'll notice you right behind them on the meters or trying to be in better position before they are. 

In addition, my very good (real life) friend Ranfars got his first Kingslayer with your folks on an alt run and when he saw you guys had replied, he pushed me to apply despite our schedules mismatching on that Sunday.

That said, I think SPG is a place that will definitely allow me to excel as well as show what I can do.  I think being around the caliber of player present on your raids will raise the stakes for me to play and should definitely be a challenge to pull my weight.

My "major" past guilds include Queen Anne's Revenge on my Resto Shaman Archidamus.  I left due to a complete falling out with the GM and several other people in guild. I won't be shy in saying that my reputation with a good amount of the guild is questionable at best, although I guess when you're pulling the entire healing roster's weight you tend to get aggravated.

On my Holy Paladin I was in Death Before Dishonor.  I left after I was told that there'd be a spot for my Hunter on the main ICC group. After spending 3 weeks gearing my hunter up, they only ever asked for my paladin. Over the course of 3 more weeks, I PUG'd ICC10/25 to get him to a GS of about 5400.

My hunter was never guilded.

Which brings me to my DK, who was previously Hpdeathjet on Ysera. I transferred him to Windrunner on July 1st to join a 25 man guild after they accepted my application.  I was then benched for a week straight and promptly quit, joining a 10 man start-up guild. I raided there for 3 weeks, after which 2 weeks of no-shows led me back to Ysera.  Thus started the post mentioned above and my search for a new home.

4. What is your endgame raiding experience?
I've been playing MMOs since 2001 when I picked up EverQuest. Coming to WoW in February 2005, I've done all but Naxx in Vanilla content, up to TK/SSC in TBC and I've now done every raid in WotLK. 

On any given combination of characters I've done all of Naxx10/25, most of Ulduar10/25, all of ToC10/25 and most of ICC10/25.  When I first hit 80 on my shaman, Ranfars and I would host weekly Naxx10 PUGs back before Ulduar was out and then continued doing so with Ulduar until we both joined QAR.

Notes about my gear / spec (I noticed there tends to be gear/spec-choice questions on your apps). 

Non-ICC buffed, I'm currently at 46,066 HP unbuffed.  I've got 29302 armor,leading to 65.8% damage reduction. I'm at 28.24% dodge, 20.45% parry. I'm WELL above the hit cap and have 25 expertise.

My neck is the weakest link in my armor, obviously. Rotface25 and Marrowgar10 have been incredibly stingy in dropping their necks for me. The one Marrow10 neck I've seen was won by a paladin with had less HP unbuffed in ICC than I did outside of the zone. The 264 relic is garbage for fights where you're not tanking constantly, making the 245 choice superior. I'm well on my way to exalted so the Revered ring will be soon replaced and the Black Heart, despite it's low iLevel, is the best all around choice until I can get my hands on an ICC trinket.

I gem for pure stamina for a few reasons. First off, the ICC buff increases health by a %, making Stamina the most attractive stat to stack for a tank.  At 46k I'm looking at a 13k increase from that buff alone without any other buffs on me.  Secondly, my DK tanking rune increases my overall stamina by 2%.  Lastly, the majority of my cooldowns are based off of maximum health.  My "last stand" is maximum health, my rune tap is max health, my death pact is maximum health, my mark of blood is maximum health. Oh, and my Death Strike heals me for 10% of my maximum health everytime I use it.

I haven't checked the numbers recently, but I'm somewhere in the mid 70,000 range fully buffed in a 25 man, while coming close to the armor cap.

7. What, if any, entertainment value do you offer?
I tend to say funny stuff every so often in chat.  I tend to be able to spin everyday things in a way that makes them funny, or at least lets my girlfriend humor me while I'm telling her.

Since I've mostly been in PUGs lately, I've been sticking to Fish Feasts as well as Flasks of Stoneblood should we actually make it to the latter bosses.

Provided I was in an organized raid, I'd use:

-Flask of Stoneblood
-Armor Pots / Magic Absorb Pots as the fight required. For example, during Fester I'd use the armor pots however during Sindragosa I might pop the Magic Absorb Pot if Anti-Magic shell was on cooldown and I felt that the AE damage was too much on the healers.
- 40stam/40agi or 40stam/40str food, depending on the fight / threat of the DPS, etc. Agi provides me dodge, armor and crit while the strength provides me parry and AP.  Again, per fight basis as well as what stat I was looking to raise for that fight.

Seeing as I'm applying for a tank position, I'd like to make a note that I am MUCH more comfortable in an OT role.  That's not to say that I enjoy being able to sit back a little bit so my mistakes aren't so apparent but I enjoying often tanking the more "gimmicky" parts of fights.  Two quick examples off the top of my head are the slime kiting on Rotface and the Abom on Putricide.  I absolutely LOVE being asked if I've ever done it, to which I reply "I prefer to do it."  Also, for fights like Sindragosa, I feel I'm actually more beneficial in an OT role as I can pretty much mitigate all AE damage done to me through my cooldowns and self-healing abilities. 

As for threat rotation, I'll go over single-target seeing as it's mainly what I do.  First off, assuming a fresh encounter, I'll pop Army if applicable (Festergut, Marrow, LDW). Immediately after I'll Horn of Winter. This'll give me enough rune power off the bat to Rune Strike if I get an early proc or pop a CD if the pull is a little shaky for whatever reason.  (I don't have HoW glyph simply because I'm constantly casting HoW throughout the fight for RP generation on my free GCDs). 

My primary rotation is as follows: Icy Touch, Plague Strike, Heart Strike, Heart Strike, Death Strike.  Replace IT and PS with a Death Strike on the second half, and then 4 sequential Heart Strikes.  Diseases first for snap aggro off IT and improving HS and DS, as well as providing DS it's healing component. I will, of course, switch out 2 HS's with a DS if I feel I will benefit more from the 10% heal, which'll free up a GCD allowing me to use Death Coil or HoW. 

I use Rune Strike on cooldown, and Death Coil to burn off excess RP, preventing me from ever going over 100.  Times when I'll chain death coil to burn off RP are when my IT part of the rotation is coming up and I'm about to taunt, for example, on Festergut.  I want IT for its snap aggro, but want to continue doing damage, so I opt for DC here.  On Saurfang, I tend to save 2 frost / death runes for two quick Chains of Ice on the beasts, so I'll DC in it's place so that I can get my rotation back on track. 

Other things I have at my disposal are Mind Freeze, my spell interrupt, which I use regularly as well as Strangulate which is a silence.  Blood Boil for AE pulls that I happen to be in Blood spec for. Key bound cooldowns I use are a Raise Dead / Death Pact macro for "quick" 40% of my max health heal. Also I have Rune Tape (my not-so-mini pot), as well as my Icebound Fortitude, Vampiric Embrace and Anti-Magic shell, which I use constantly.  I also have the human racial bound for fears, etc.

I use Army of the Dead on fights where the taunts can't get me laughed at.

A note about my spec: once I have healers / tanks I can trust to use their abilities wisely, I plan on dropping Mark of Blood for 3/3 Imp. Rune Tap. I merely have it since I almost never see other tanks blow their cool downs so it's helpful for VoA / low-geared tanks tanking Fester when he's up around 7-9 stacks.

As I've made clear to Kanade, I'm unavailable on Sundays.  The other two nights are perfectly fine. 

Some background on why I'm available... My girlfriend currently lives 70 miles away and as such (with us working fulltime, etc.) we only get to see each other on the weekends.  That is, one of us making a trip to the other Friday after work and leaving Monday morning for work. 

It'll be a rare and probably unplanned day that I can make a Sunday raid.

I'm a 23 year old male from northern NJ, meaning I'm completely exempt from any NJ references that have anything to do with the smell of the Parkway or the Jersey Shore.  I'm a software engineer for the government by day and in my free time I tend to either spend it with friends, spend it playing the drums or spend it on video games, most of the time that being WoW. 

I've been playing MMOs since the Shadows of Luclin expansion for EverQuest.  Prior to that, it was Diablo 2 for about 3 years and then pretty much any RPG I could get my hands on before that.  Unfortunately(?), video games are in my blood: when I was young, about 3 or 4, I was diagnosed with what was believed to be leukemia.  I had to go constantly for blood work and as a reward for bravery and good behavior, my parents got me an SNES.  Turns out I just had mono and thus two of my passions were born: gaming and beating the system. 

I drum mostly trash or progressive metal, my top two favorites to play being Megadeth and Dream Theater.  When I graduated college and began working fulltime, programming became a job and was no longer fun as a hobby, although recently I've started working on an old-school NES style RPG (think FF4). 

I'm a HUGE fan of Jameson and Coke and I don't mind paying the price for admission.  Sam Adams Boston Lager has always been my favorite beer (again, price of admission), although after drinking more with my girlfriend, I've really started to think Yuengling might be overtaking it.

Recently I've started collecting "adult" LEGO sets, and have been constructing them when I'm on travel for work or when my girlfriend and I are too drunk to get undressed.  Apparently, looking through massive piles of same-colored plastic bricks for one fucking 1x1 flat-top for an hour is really good for your relationship as well as an aphrodisiac.

I play on a Mac and no, I'm not some Mac fanboy running around with bitch-tits and sucking Jobs' proverbial cock. I simply travel a lot (read: a few times a year) for work and wanted something I could use as a desktop replacement that wouldn't fall apart from constant jarring.

I was originally in Authentic when I first started "hardcore" raiding, they eventually broke up due to poor attendance. From there I moved on to Lunacy who ended up taking a break from hardcore raiding after one week raiding with them. Then I joined Executive Order who turned out to be an excellent guild. Though one of the raiding days not enough people showed up and they decided to do VoA 25 which kind of pissed me off a bit, so I ended up leaving.

I know all of the ICC hardmodes in 25 man except for Putricide, Sindy, and Deathwisper.

The obvious Flask of Endless rage for every phys dps class. I also use a potion of speed during fights for the extra bit of haste, but besides that nothing. I do also have the engineering haste enhancement on my gloves as well as the rocket boots for in case of a tight situation.

I currently am gemmed for armor pen as it's a hunters goal to get to the hard cap. I do realize with the proc on the NES i go over the cap and I plan on re-gemming a bit as soon as possible. I chose the Glyph of Steady Shot since it is a shot that is used a lot in my rotation and since SS is always being renewed by Chimera Shot I will always keep the glyph bonus up. The Glyph of SS is to increase the damage done by Chimera Shot and Hunters Mark to give more AP bonus on top of having Improved Hunters Mark. One thing I would like to mention is that I do understand I am above the hit cap and am basically only slotting gear that gives me less hit. As for my rotation, which I kind of explained above, I always start out the fight by placing SS on the boss. Then its Chimera Shot, Aimed Shot, and then Steady Shot until Chimera/Aimed is back up again. I keep silencing shot macro'd in to all of my shots except for on certain fights like Dreamwalker so I can help on interrupts.

Hi my name is Chris. I live in Florida and am 16 years old. Before I came to World of Warcraft I played Halo 3 for the Xbox 360 competitively traveling to states across the U.S. to compete. I have basically taken the hard work and dedication I put into Halo, into WoW. Other then that I like to hang out on the beach and surf since it is only 20 minutes or so away. I currently don't have a job and don't plan on getting one until I am at least 18.

The top-end DPS on a basic stand still style fight is around 15k ish from what I'm looking at. I know I can put up at least 10k+ and even more with better gear. On a high movement fight from what I see its around 9kish or so. I can put up at least 6k DPS. I don't have any WWS links sadly

I started with BC raiding. Cleared Kharazan, Gruuls, Magtheridon, and cleared SSC/TK when they were hard. Attuned for Hyjal/ Black Temple when that existed, then full clears of both. Killed first boss in Sunwell before they  nerfed it.

Cleared Naxx, and got Immortal title. Cleared Ulduar, cleared TOC25. This is about where I stopped playing.

My role is to output as much damage as is possible without dying or stressing a healer. As a druid, I also need to know when to battle rez, and when a clutch move is needed. I strove as much as possible to stay in either eclipse, and depending on which one I was in, to keep both dots up. Moonfire always stays up.

My gear is oriented towards crit and spellpower. Haste provides only a little benefit past a certain point due to GCD clipping.

10. Our raiding schedule is 8:15pm-12:00am EDT (server time, basically), Wednesday, Sunday, and Monday.  Do you have any conflicts with this schedule (i.e., can you be there every night)?

On a low movement fight, I think I can top around 5k to 7k, depending on buffs, and my luck with eclipse. Its been a little while since I've done a raid, so I'm a little fuzzy on numbers.

I just want to make clear, that I am applying to be in the guild as a social member, and not a raider. I don't know anybody anymore on my current server, and I'd like some familiar faces to socialize with. Gear choices for me are limited to H25 man ICC and 25 man RS (H also) right now. Current glyph set is pretty standard however some might ask why I use glyph of taunt...simple answer for this. HM Saurfang doesnt give you any room for a missed taunt..the extra percentage that the glyph gives can save a raid. My talent tree for Prot is setup for Threat and survival..I mean, who wants a healer to be able to pull off you? My rotation varies a little from mobs to single target...Since AOE tanking is not a highpoint of the Prot Warrior, I will give you a normal single target tanking rotation. Charge-->Heroic Throw-->Shield Slam-->Heroic Strike-->Revenge-->Concussion Blow...all the while getting the 5 stack of Devastate on the target. Charge, HT, SS is done in the order to get initial aggro.. HS,RV and CB is to maintain the lead while the others are coming off cd. I at times use Mocking Blow to make sure the target focuses on me..especially on long fights where the dps loves to unload and not watch Omen or if I have to stop my rotation to move the boss.

My current TPS ranges from 11k to up to 22k depending on the encounter and if tricks and MD is used. I keep vig up 100% of the time.

I'm sure no one remembers stuff from last year but I always liked talking to everyone in guild chat and on vent. It's hard to explain that I'm a fun guy to play with (that kinda sounds awkward) but I'm sure everyone will love my company

Also, I play a lot of FPS games (Modern Warfare 2, CS Source, Team Fortress 2, Left 4 Dead 2...the list goes on) and I'm going to be playing Starcraft 2 when it releases. I'm very good at these games and I play them all the time with friends. I'm a good person to play with if anyone is looking for someone to shoot shit up with.

My personal belief is that paladins COULD be all around healers but are more prone for the tank healing job. I am a good example of this. I'm not the type of healer that solely does MY job. Sometimes you'll find yourself sitting there doing nothing because your tank is topped off. If the situation is under control, I throw around some raid heals until I see my tank drop ANY amount of health. I have a stopcasting macro for this, which is followed by a holy light / flash of light depending on the situation. Sacred shield / beacon of light are both obviously kept up at all times. I judge light / wisdom on the boss depending on how heavy raid healing is. My usual combo is this: before the pull, I throw a holy light to gain light's grace. With this buff up, I throw on divine favor and wait for the tank's health to drop a little. In the meantime I keep casting holy light and stopcast if the tank is topped off. As soon as I hit my first holy light, I spam heal the shit out of him with flash of light / holy shock combos. This does a good job at keeping them topped off for the most part. However, I do tend to use holy light a LOT. I do a hell of a lot of healing with it. It's a fast way to top off the tank, especially when they crit for 25-30k with a short cast time (I have roughly 50% holy crit in raids). I don't really do research on the internet. I find my own ways of doing certain tasks.

My name is Eddie. I'm 18, male, and I am an all conference offensive and defensive lineman for my high school football team (as a junior last year). I am also an all conference thrower in track and field at my school and an honor student. So yeah, I'm a pretty strong guy...but I'm not gonna get cocky over the internet and give stats hahah My summer is pretty much spent at football, hanging out with friends / my girlfriend, and playing video games. I gotta wake up 3 days a week at 5 in the morning for weights because people have summer school. I know ALL about dedication, believe me. I do everything I can 100% and nothing less. This builds into everything I do, from school and sports to helping my parents. Hell even world of warcraft, even if it is just a video game.

Not that healing meters mean anything (because in the end it really is all about "doing your job" in raids), but I'm sick of absolutely destroying other healers (specifically paladins who don't know how to play) because they sit there and do the bare minimum. I like to go above and beyond what is expected of me. I have over 5 years of raiding under my belt as a paladin under three different specs. I know this game inside and out. I pick up on easier ways to do things every time we attempt bosses, old and new. I'm sure I am a standout paladin...one of the better ones that play this game. I know my class as well as I know how to count to 10. I know my gear isn't completely up to par (only like 5.4 or 5.5k gearscore) but I'm 100% sure that my skill and knowledge will make up for it.

Ysera - Lunacy (Yesterday). Gquit just yesterday because I was done with the way the guild has been being run. Lashing out on the guild for poor performance isn't necessarily a bad thing I think but there's a certain point where you might actually have to give details of where improvements can be made. Loyalty to old guild members is another issue i've had as well and it was evident there is none. In any case I can give finer details at some other point but that's the gist of it.

Officer in Lunacy for a good few months. Had to step down for academic purposes. I had put down extra time to look at logs, did more research on how our raid composition would do best with regards to the encounter. Also was the heal lead.

Can either fill the role of either healing the MT or raid. Depending on the situation ill swap my riptide glyph for LHW if i'm healing the MT/OT. Healing style I always hand out riptides amongst the raid to give my CH that extra umph. Not much creativity with regards to the resto shamans besides their CH spam and just trying to fit in a riptide if shit isn't hitting the roof. Whenever a big hitter (ie Queen's bloodbolt whirl), i'll tidal wave / nature swiftness a CH to the lowest  health of the raid, another CH, and top everyone off with LHW.

    The raid times work for me, and from talking to people and looking at the site, everyone seems fairly laid-back while still being able to kill things.

    Daughters ofThe Alliance (Bronzebeard Alliance) - This was a social guild that raided casually, I was in this until the end of TBC. I joined a different guild for Wrath because I wanted to see more content.
    Admiral Ackbar Cereal (Bronzebeard Alliance) - Oh, boy. This was a 10-man focused guild that I was an officer in until October '09, when I /gquit. I will be up front and say there was drama involved here.
    Smoke and Mirrors (Duskwood Alliance) - 10-man-strict guild that we joined after leaving AAC and were with until recently, when it unfortunately imploded due to a lot of members dealing with RL.

    None on 25 man, really. In ICC 10, I've killed LK and was 7/12 hm (first wing + Rotface, Festergut, and Bloodqueen) before S&M imploded.

    Potion of Speed - Higher DPS than Wild Magic.

    As a shadow priest, my primary role is to provide high sustained DPS (my burst is sadly lacking as roughly half my damage on a single-target, movement-light fight comes from DOTs). I also offer a decent amount of utility, bringing Replenishment to the raid and a small amount of healing to my group (at 8000 DPS, Improved Vampiric Embrace would provide essentially a 400 HPS HOT to my group and a 2000 HPS HOT to myself). I also have Dispersion glyphed (originally for Algalon, but I decided that having a 90% shield wall on a 75 second cooldown had more value than a marginal mp5 gain when I didn't run out of mana as it was), which in current content is useful whenever I find myself in an "oh-shit" moment, as well as on gimmick fights with periodic high damage (e.g., I just eat Festergut's Pungent Blight).
    Of course, as a hybrid, I'll also throw out bubbles or pop out and heal if necessary, and maintain a Discipline off-set and spec.
    I use the cookie cutter shadow build as there aren't really a ton of viable options aside from it. I also use the two standard major glyphs (Mind Flay and Shadow) and Dispersion, which I explained above.
    Gear-wise, my priorities are SP > haste > crit > spirit > int. I generate a set of EP values customized for my gear with simcraft, which I update fairly regularly to make sure it stays current, which is also how I select gems.
    When I engage an encounter, I start with my opening sequence (Vampiric Touch -> Devouring Plague -> Mind Blast -> Mind Flay -> Shadow Word: Pain). This gets VT and DP, which are my highest damage per execution time spells, up and ticking right away, followed by getting off MB and MF. SW:P is delayed so that I can get Shadow Weaving stacked to 5, since it isn't taken into account when SW:P is refreshed by MF. From then on, priorities are as follows: SW:P (on a Patchwerk fight it doesn't fall off, but on a fight with multiple targets where I can't multi-dot or can't attack the boss for a while, it does have to be re-applied) > VT > DP > MB > MF. Since all of shadow's spells aside from MF are DOTs or on CDs, MF acts as the filler of all dead time (as an aside, once you get to a certain amount of haste, it becomes a DPS increase to drop MB from your rotation and use MF, but I'm only at that point when heroism is up).

    Well, I don't have a ton of 25 man logs to compare against here (or a ton of logs period, as most of them have expired by now.) But according to simcraft, on a movement heavy fight, I can expect to do 8.1k-8.6k, depending on just how much movement we're talking. On a low-to-no movement fight, I should be doing about 10k. Comparing the shadow priest rankings for Jaraxxus against my log (hopefully this will still be up by the time this is posted as it's a bit old), I seem to be about 2k less than the highest numbers (I'm disregarding the 12k because it's so much higher than all the highers I have to think it's a fluke), and gear is definitely a part there as I'm rocking about half 251s, half 264s (and eye of the broodmother I'm pro). Taking that into account, and combined with a variable latency (wireless yay) seems to be about where I should be.

Amazing raid times that fits my schedule perfectly, and from the look of the posts and website, a laid back guild that is all about having a good time while making progress.

The last time I was in a raiding guild was a guild that I formed myself, <Rerolled Horde>. This was pre-Icecrown and we cleared most of Ulduar and 4/5 ToC 25 until a group of friends I allowed in the guild all left at the same time and tore apart the guild. After that I quit playing for a while and now I'm back to join the 25 man fray again.

4. What is your endgame raiding experience?
I've done 10 man Icecrown upto Festergut, and that's it. I've cleared most of the lower tier content back when it was competitive.

5. Are you able to use Ventrilo to communicate during raids--as well as any other addon we require?
Yup. No problem there whatsoever.

I'll be honest, I'm not sure what my TPS is, but I have yet to come across someone that has complained that I can't hold my aggro.

Authentic - I was an officers for awhile until players did not show up for raids and we continuously wiped on farm bosses.

For the Children - I took a break from WoW due to my job, and came back about a month later.

I am currently 11/12 ICC 25, with 10/12 ICC 10 HM experience. I started playing as BC was released and raided all the way to BT on my rogue.

Yes -- I have Vent, and can use any other addons you require, but at the moment my microphone is broken. I am waiting until my next paycheck to buy a new headset.

I like to think I am a pretty funny guy, I like to get high pretty much and say a lot of stupid things that make people laugh.

Flask of Endless Rage - Obviously to increase my attack power and overall increase damage.
Potion of Wild Magic - I use this over the haste potion because I am MM and crit for me increases my overall damage more rather than haste.
Hearty Rhino - I use this food to increase my ARP as I am not currently ARP capped so I need as much as I can get to increase the damage of my aimed shots and auto shots.

I find my characters role as a pure dps class to be "put out as much dps as possible, while not dying to stupid shit." That is basically what I do, I also help tanks out on fights when they need as much threat as possible like Deathwhisper and constantly Misdirect them.
My spec/glyphs are pretty self explanatory, I am specced 3/3 Focused Aim to increase my hit rating by 3% due to my gear lacking hit. My glyphs are used to maximize my dps as much as possible, as I spam steady shot throughout any fight so the 10% damage increase is almost necessary. The 10% Aimed Shot increase is also very necessary as I am gemmed full ARP to increase my Aimed Shot damage.

I am still gearing my hunter up for MM, as I was Survival since WOTLK was released to benefit my guild. I am currently working on saving badges for the ARP cloak that you can buy with 60 badges, and am still working on obtaining Saurfang's ARP trinket. (I have only seen it drop twice and I lost it both times). Other pieces of gear I could replace would be my neck, obviously would love the one from Sindragosa 10 HM, and my ring which I could upgrade for the Valithria 25 Man ring.

For my "rotation" which is more of a shot priority list, I use:
Serpent Sting -> Chimera Shot -> Aimed Shot -> Steady Shot Spam until others are off their cooldown. With my steady shot spam I have silence shot & auto shots macro'd into it to maximize my dps output. I also use Arcane Shot whenever I am moving.

No, I have no conflicts. I can make 100% raid attendance (assuming there are no family emergencies).

My name is Jay, I am 22 and currently live in Ontario, Canada. I work part-time at a Gas Station and live with my brother. I love to play basketball, and hang with friends. I am pretty much your typical Canadian stoner, love to have fun, hang out and play video games.

In a heavy movement encounter such as PP I pull around 7-8k dps, and a low movement encounter like Fester I can pull 11-13k depending how much I move.
I would like to be pulling a constant 13k or so on low movement fights, but I don't believe I have the correct itemization even with the 25% buff.

I am a hard working player that wants to progress with a solid guild, to end game content. I have great attendance and a good attitude. I can take any constructive critiscism and apply it to my play style to make myself a better player.

Natural Order(recent)-They turned into a 10 man focused guild and i believe it is way to early to do that.
Serenity-They just didnt have the numbers to raid every week sometimes they had 20 people online other times it was 10.
Sick Puppies(Horde)- They broke up.

11/12 hardmode exp. 10 and 25 man ICC

Well, A priest in endgame content is very simple! My spec is Disc so i find intellect and SP to be the most important stats. My glyphs are Flash Heal-10% mana reduction, Power word:Shield- 20% dmg taken will heal the target, and Penance-Reduce the cooldown of penance. The most common raid role i have been asked to do is "Bubble Spam" i bubble everyone getting low on health, and use my flash heal and penance as needed. Some improving needs to be done not skill wise but gear wise as you have probably seen i have 2 pieces of pvp gear in places that havent been replaced yet. BUT dont let that make you assume i am a gear whore because that comes from the years of me passing on stuff =P. My healing style is mostly focused around penance! it is a wonderful spell but when that spell is down i use my bubble and flash heal to fill in for that.

Well, i am a male, 19 year old, college student going for my degree in Pre-Med. I have been playing wow for about 2 years now on and off, not very long. Ummmm i am Half black/Half white. I live in the direct middle of the US, Nebraska for those who didnt know that. I was very athletic in highschool but now i really dont have the time to do sports.
